I was delighted and honoured to receive a HIT Scholarship to attend a two day leadership programme at EHL. The classroom learning was delivered exceptionally, it caused me to question the value I brought to my workplace on a daily basis. It was the start of my leadership and self development journey.
Alasdair Mackay, Operations Manager, Royal Terrace Hotel, Edinburgh“The program was a very enriching experience, specifically being able to share experiences with top hoteliers from all over the world. This was a very good course which gave me insight on how to read the budget and what elements to look for in budget analysis.”
Mohammed Sleiman, Assistant Chief Operating Officer, Resorts Development Company LLC, Qatar- "LHC assisted our brand with the conceptualisation of a multi-use property development. Their concept successfully increased the viability of the destination and significantly enhanced profit forecasts. LHC continues to guide the project roll-out"
Pyret Renval – Vice president, Trois Rocs – Verbier, Switzerland - "In essence, it was an advanced learning experience, a solid trigger to the International development of my career."
Mário Candeias, General manager, Hotel Tivoli Arade, Algarve, Portugal - "The experience was a dream come true for me and it was an invaluable step for my career!"
Kim Falconer, Sales Executive, The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh, Scotland - "LHC assisted us with Organisation Design, Role Clarity and a Human Resource Development model. Their solutions were well founded, logical and still simple to implement. ... They even gave me a new job description as a CEO!"
Selim El Zyr, President - CEO, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation Ltd - "I found the Corporate Mangement Programme interesting because it allowed me to get away from our day-to-day opreational thinking for a few days, look at the bigger picture, trends and maybe even dream a little about the future."
Rainy Chan, General Manager, The Peninsula, Hong Kong - "Estácio de Sá started a relationship with LHC in 2005, in search for excellence for its hotel management programme in Rio de Janeiro. What we did not expect was that we got much more than that! Ask any one of our students - they will unanimously say that with LHC, excellence is only the beginning."
