I was delighted and honoured to receive a HIT Scholarship to attend a two day leadership programme at EHL. The classroom learning was delivered exceptionally, it caused me to question the value I brought to my workplace on a daily basis. It was the start of my leadership and self development journey.
Alasdair Mackay, Operations Manager, Royal Terrace Hotel, Edinburgh“The program was a very enriching experience, specifically being able to share experiences with top hoteliers from all over the world. This was a very good course which gave me insight on how to read the budget and what elements to look for in budget analysis.”
